Arcady Media is looking for a strategic, collaborative, and performance-driven Media Buyer to join our team.

You will lead client strategy, manage paid campaigns across multiple platforms, and work closely with our account and creative teams to drive measurable results.


Role Summary

We’re not looking for a media buyer who hides behind Ads Manager toggles.

We’re looking for a performance strategist — someone who understands paid media at a systems level, thinks beyond CPA, and can translate data, creative, and customer behavior into growth.

You’ll:

  • Build profitable paid media systems across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Lead client-facing calls with confidence and transparency.
  • Collaborate with creative, retention, and data teams to scale DTC brands sustainably.
  • Spot opportunities in performance, pipeline, and strategy before the client ever asks.

You should understand concepts like MER, CAC, LTV, attribution, audiences, creative hooks, and funnel diagnostics — or be hungry to master them quickly.

What you'll own

🔷 Own & Scale Multi-Platform Paid Media

  • Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, or equivalent
  • Develop creative testing systems and scalable performance frameworks
  • Maintain account structure integrity and consistent experimentation
  • Ensure tracking, attribution, and pixels are fully accurate

🔷 Deep Performance Analysis & Creative Testing

  • Identify true performance drivers through structured analysis
  • Run funnel breakdowns: CPC → CPM → CTR → CVR → AOV → MER → LTV
  • Audit accounts for gaps, wasted spend, or scaling limitations
  • Propose creative tests tied directly to performance signals

🔷 Lead Client Strategy With Confidence

  • Run bi-weekly client calls
  • Translate performance into clear, actionable insights
  • Proactively communicate wins, risks, and next steps
  • Build trust through transparency, preparation, and strategic clarity

🔷 Partner With Creative, Email & Data Teams

  • Provide insights on hooks, formats, messaging, and creative iterations
  • Collaborate with email/retention teams to ensure funnel consistency
  • Work with data teams on dashboards and reporting automation
  • Turn raw performance data into a narrative that guides decisions

Tools and Technologies

Platforms: Shopify, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads (nice to have)

Analytics: Triple Whale, GA4, Polar Analytics, Hyros, custom dashboards

Collaboration: ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace

Requirements

  • 2+ years in paid media, performance marketing, or growth
  • Proven experience running campaigns on Meta
  • Comfortable leading client calls independently and confidently
  • Hands-on with creative testing, segmentation, and funnel optimization
  • Able to diagnose performance issues with structured, logical thinking
  • Excellent communicator — can explain strategy to non-technical teammates
  • Experience with DTC, eCommerce, or retention funnels is a strong plus


Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Triple Whale, Hyros, or other attribution platforms
  • Prior work with Shopify or Klaviyo data
  • Familiarity with creative frameworks and UGC briefs
  • Experience with predictive analysis or forecasting
