PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – 3RD SHIFT

• Shift: 3RD Shift (Monday–Friday)
• Salary: $70,000–$75,000/year + 5–10% Annual Bonus
• Bilingual (Spanish/English): Full bilingual proficiency is preferred, but not required. Candidates with experience effectively communicating with multilingual teams will also be considered

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment, guiding a larger, multi-skilled production team. You'll have the autonomy to lead your shift, implement continuous improvement strategies, and create a culture of accountability, safety, and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and coach a team of production employees on the 3rd shift.
• Lead daily shift meetings, monitor progress, and proactively address production delays.
• Set performance goals and provide regular feedback to support team growth and accountability.
• Drive team engagement and performance using Lean principles (5S/6S experience a plus).
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot equipment and process challenges.
• Foster a culture of joint problem-solving, respect, and continuous improvement.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating productive teams.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, 5S/6S, or continuous improvement practices.
• Excellent communication skills (bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven by results.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Hands-on experience implementing process improvements and managing change effectively.
