We’re looking for a Junior Account Manager – Platform Partnerships to support the day-to-day management and development of our platform partner relationships.

This is an entry-level role with a strong operational and coordination focus, ideal for someone looking to build a career in partnerships, account management, or ad tech. You’ll support the team with execution, reporting, partner communication, and internal coordination, while gradually taking on more ownership and responsibility.


About the Team


You’ll join a collaborative, cross-functional team working closely with Product, Operations, Sales, Legal, and Engineering.

The Platform Partnerships team plays a key role in scaling Adsquare’s product distribution globally through integrations with leading platforms. As a junior team member, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to how partnerships are built, managed, and scaled in a fast-growing environment.


Your Mission


As a Junior Account Manager for Platform Partnerships at Adsquare, your mission is to support the smooth operation and delivery of existing partnerships.

You’ll assist with partner communications, help keep projects on track, maintain documentation, and support internal processes that enable successful integrations and ongoing collaboration.


What You’ll Do


  • Support the day-to-day management of platform partner accounts and relationships
  • Prepare reports and support quarterly business reviews with partners
  • Assist in the development and execution of Adsquare’s partner roadmap
  • Coordinate partner communications, follow-ups, and meeting preparation
  • Support internal coordination across Product, Operations, Legal, and Engineering
  • Maintain tracking documents, timelines, and partner documentation
  • Support reporting, data collection, and operational processes, identifying areas for improvement


Your Profile


  • 0–2 years of experience in account management, operations, partnerships, or a related role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear and professional English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and tracking tools
  • Proactive, reliable team player who enjoys cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in digital advertising, technology, or partnerships (prior experience not required)
