- Manage the recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Provide support for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on various HR initiatives such as onboarding and compliance.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 35 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
