About the Role
The ACMA Digital Transformation Intern will support the ACMA Strategy Deployment Manager in digitizing and automating core business processes, contributing to the implementation of solutions based on Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and related tools, with the goal of reducing manual tasks, improving operational efficiency and maximize customers satisfaction.
She/he will perform the following activities:
- Analyze existing processes and identify automation opportunities
- Create automated workflows using Power Automate and integrations among Microsoft 365 applications.
- Support the configuration and adoption of Copilot in Teams, Outlook, and other apps
- Develop and test prompt packs and guidelines for AI usage.
- Collaborate in internal training (mini-trainings, demos) and gather feedback
- Monitor adoption and performance KPIs
What You Need to Be Successful
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Familiarity with AI tools and virtual assistants (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini)
- Skills in data management and automation logic
- Ability to write effective prompts and understand digital workflows.
