- Sắp xếp lịch làm việc, lịch họp và các công tác hậu cần khi Tổng Giám đốc đi công tác.
- Hỗ trợ trong việc giao dịch với các đối tác trong nước và nước ngoài.
- Theo dõi kế hoạch, đôn đốc, tổng hợp báo cáo kết quả thực hiện công việc của các bộ phận.
- Thư ký cuộc họp và soạn thảo văn bản nội bộ; triển khai các nội dung nếu được yêu cầu
- Phân loại hồ sơ tài liệu cần lưu trữ, trình ký khoa học và hiệu quả.
- Thực hiện các báo cáo chuyên môn theo định kỳ.
- Các công việc liên quan khác theo yêu cầu của Tổng Giám đốc.
