What You’ll Do
The SVP, Regional Director – RIA | Bank Group will assist the Company and its affiliates with their sales and marketing efforts within the RIA and Bank channels. This position will have geographic emphasis on the Midwest portion of the US including:, WI, IL, MN, MI, OH, IA, MO, ND, SD, NE & KS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement a territory sales and service strategy with the primary objective to increase sales of Aristotle’s investment strategies
- Coverage will be specific to RIAs and Banks Trust. Familiarity with turnkey asset management platforms (TAMPS) is important
- Manage multi state territory with objective of maintaining a high level of client service while simultaneously growing territory assets
- Ability to discuss multiple investment solutions across different asset classes
- Travel as needed to effectively raise assets

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant financial-services industry work experience: required
- 5+ years of relevant financial-services industry sales and marketing experience: required
- Prior experience as an internal and external sales professional: required
- Solid, consistent, and progressive work history: required
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university and strong academic background: required
- Advanced/Master’s degree or professional certificate (CFA, CFP, MBA): desired
- Series 6 or 7: required
- Series 63 or 66: required
- Clean U4/5: required
- Existing relationships within the RIA and Bank Trust channels: highly desired
- Working knowledge of SMA, UMA, mutual funds: required
- Proactive phone work: required
- Proven track record of success in managing multi state, multi strategy sales territory: required
- Face-to-face client meetings/presentations skills and experience: required
- Knowledge driven consultative sales process: required
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Discovery Database: desired

Location: Midwest US (major metro area preferred) Remote from Home
Compensation Range: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 plus commissions.
The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, education, internal equity, and physical work location within the state.
