ArkVets Phoenix are a hybrid model of general practice and urgent care services. Located in uptown Phoenix we are on 6107 N. 7th St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and passionate about the client experience. We opened on March 1 and are growing rapidly.

The next CSR that is hired into our clinic will be communicative, energetic, and upbeat. They will come with a desire to serve the patients and the humans attached to increase the human-animal bond.

Responsibilities

• Accurate scheduling of patient appointments
• Triage pet health through conversation on phones to ensure the best health outcome of the patient
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional but familiar customer support.

• GED / High School Diploma (minimum)
• 2+ years experience within a full-service Veterinary Hospital / Clinic
