Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Auto Claims Adjuster. The Auto Claims Adjuster will investigate, analyze, and resolve auto insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company guidelines. Responsibilities include reviewing insurance policies, gathering statements and evidence, negotiating settlements, and maintaining detailed documentation. The role requires providing excellent customer service to policyholders while working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in claims investigation, negotiation, and resolution, with attention to accuracy and detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills relevant to assessing coverage, liability, and damages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with policyholders, agents, and legal representatives
  • Familiarity with insurance regulations and guidelines, as well as relevant claim-handling software
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience in claims adjusting
  • Experience in the insurance industry or familiarity with commercial auto insurance is preferred
  • State adjuster license or willingness to obtain one, as required
