We are looking for an experienced Project Architect / Senior Architectural Designer with 5–8 years of experience in multifamily and retail design. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design development and production of architectural drawings for multifamily and retail projects.
- Oversee and review construction documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to maintain design integrity and project goals.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables while coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
- Participate in construction administration, RFI responses, submittal reviews, and site visits.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction methods to optimize project outcomes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- 5–8 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Expertise in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). (Enscape, Rhino and Grasshopper a plus)
- Strong understanding of multifamily and retail design, documentation, and construction.
- Knowledge of building codes, ADA compliance, zoning, and permitting processes.
- Excellent project coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
- Licensure is a plus but not required.
