Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty License
- Remote applicants must have prior State Farm experience and be proficient in NECHO, SFPP, and ECRM
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently in a remote setting
- Proven experience in sales and customer-facing roles
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Base pay + commission/bonuses
- Base pay determined during interview and dependent on experience
- Paid time off
- Monday–Friday schedule
