About The Role

We’re seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to join our high-performing Sales team. This brand-new, full-time role is based across our Sydney offices in Artarmon and Silverwater, with the flexibility to work from either location or from home. As a central part of our sales function, you’ll keep operations running smoothly by managing CRM data, coordinating tenders, preparing polished documentation, and helping the team pursue exciting opportunities in one of the world’s fastest-growing sectors. With Alliance SI continuing to expand, you’ll play a vital role in driving sales success and strengthening our position as a trusted industry partner.

In this role, you will

  • Keep sales momentum strong by coordinating tenders, preparing polished documentation, and ensuring the team is set up to win new opportunities.
  • Deliver a seamless customer experience by managing enquiries, scheduling meetings, and ensuring clients receive timely, accurate communication throughout the process.
  • Support the execution of sales strategies by maintaining up-to-date CRM data, tracking pipelines, and preparing insights that help guide decision-making.
  • Work closely with Leadership, Project Management, and Operations to gather inputs, organise information, and produce cohesive, professional sales submissions.
  • Ensure every submission meets high standards by coordinating approvals, maintaining compliance and version control, and delivering documentation that reflects our brand and quality expectations.

About You

  • You’re an experienced administrator, ideally with exposure to Sales, Customer Service, Operations, or Project environments.
  • You’re confident using CRM platforms (HubSpot is a bonus) and the Microsoft 365 suite to keep information accurate and organised.
  • You bring exceptional attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a professional approach to every stakeholder interaction.
  • You thrive in busy environments, managing multiple deadlines, tasks, and priorities with ease.
  • You’re proactive, solutions-focused, and always thinking a step ahead to keep the Sales team moving smoothly.
  • You have experience with quoting, proposals, or tender preparation - or you're eager to build these skills.
  • You’re familiar with (or curious about) technology, infrastructure, construction, or data centre sectors and keen to grow your industry knowledge.
  • You’re calm under pressure, collaborative by nature, and committed to professionalism, quality, and continuous improvement.
