At Arc Building Partners, we offer competitive compensation tailored to your role, experience, and location. While exact offers will vary depending on qualifications and project needs, typical annual salary ranges for future positions in our core regions are outlined below:
In Western New York (Buffalo area):
- Project Managers: $100,000 to $150,000
- Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Assistant Superintendents: $60,000 to $95,000
- Superintendents: $80,000 to $160,000
- Project Managers: $100,000 to $175,000
- Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Assistant Superintendents: $70,000 to $115,000
- Superintendents: $100,000 to $200,000
