At AMPI, we make the dairy products that make some of the nation’s top brands. We know what we’re made of is just as important as what we make. Our core values -- commitment to quality, responsibility to others and determination to succeed -- guide us in all we do.

More than 1,050 employees help move the milk produced on Upper Midwest member dairy farms to customers across the U.S. and around the world. We do this with a manufacturing network that processes milk into dairy products for retail, foodservice and food ingredient customers. AMPI employees touch all facets of the food chain, from the farm to the market.

We're farmer-owned and Co-op Crafted, and our dairy cooperative reflects the values and commitment for which the Midwest is famous. AMPI offers rewarding jobs in a variety of fields, including manufacturing, accounting, communications, marketing, information services, supply chain and more.

Job positions will be posted as they become available. We'd love to have you join our team!
