AI Signal Research, Inc. (ASRI) is recruiting for the Test Engineering and Analysis Services contract in the Las Cruces and White Sands Missile Range, NM area.
Education
High School Diploma or GED
Months/Years Of Experience
One (1)to three (3)years of related experience
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizen. Must have or be able to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
Desired Qualifications
Proficient with computers, software, hardware, and common user applications. Comfortable with and able to communicate effectively verbally and/or in writing. Possess the ability to complete and deliver Information related to required workwith minimal supervision in a timely manner. Knowledgeable of basic security rules and regulations pertaining to visitors.
Skills Needed
Excellent customer service skills. Effective communication with customers and internal personnel. Familiarity with terminology of the office unit. Computer proficient and knowledgeable of programs involving Microsoft word-processing, presentations, database management and scheduling. Capable of operating multi-media equipment.
Duties
Include but are not limited to: Prepares documents. Maintains databases. Coordinates activities required by engineers. Data entry operator responsibilities include collecting and entering data and maintaining accurate records. Must have an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets. Prepare source data for entry by compiling and organizing data. Previous experience as a Data Collector or similar position will be considered an advantage. Key control, and physical security of documents and buildings. Processing Visit Requests, Badge Requests, Foreign Nationals Visit Requests, Access Lists. Prepares work orders for engineers. Compiles data packages to support reliability scoring conferences. Operating multi-media equipment. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to others. Performs contract-related tasks while directly supporting in the areas of administration, security, and logistics. Other duties, as needed.

Compliance with health mandates as dictated by the contract may be required as a condition of employment. This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. Physical Demands: The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. Travel may be required**.This position is contingent upon funding.**
