We are currently seeking an experienced**MechanicalEstimator**to join

our**Wichita, KS**team!

The right candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical

estimation and have the ability to analyze and evaluate all aspects of

potential projects to set pricing to ensure Central Consolidated remains

competitive and profitable. This person is motivated and looking to grow

the business while managing quality and consistency of products and

service delivery in accordance to Central Consolidated standards

providing the customer with an exceptional experience.

#### Job Responsibilities:

• Considers factors such as labor costs, material costs, equipment
  
  

rental, project locations, facility costs and required permits.

• Analyzes job plans, visits the job site, and compiles material
  
  

costs.

• Works closely with the Project Manager to make sure the project
  
  

meets all financial obligations.

• Refers to previously completed projects to help prepare future
  
  

estimates.

• Responsible for maintaining relationships with suppliers and
  
  

equipment vendors.
