We are seeking a Technology Support Engineer to join our client's team in the iGaming industry. This role is pivotal in maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure, supporting business systems, and enabling smooth day-to-day operations.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support within a Service Desk or Help Desk environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support and maintenance for IT infrastructure and end-user devices (Windows and Mac).
- Build, deploy, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and meeting room technology.
- Manage Service Desk tickets and resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
- Support video conferencing solutions and collaboration tools.
- Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
- Assist with virtualization technologies (Azure/AWS) and provide support for Microsoft 365 cloud services.
- Perform Active Directory administration and patch management.
- Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support within a Service Desk or Help Desk environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, Windows endpoint administration, and Apple support.
- Familiarity with SCCM or similar end-user management systems.
- Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and experience with enterprise wireless networks.
- Exposure to PowerShell scripting and virtualization technologies.
- CompTIA Network+/Security+
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)
- Endpoint Administrator (MD102)
- ITIL
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
