WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE - 1st shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm)
Functional Area: Warehouse Operations, Order processing
Summary: Pick, pack, store and ship customer orders accurately and timely using Radio Frequency scanners and power industrial trucks (forklift, cherry picker, reach truck, aisle master). Adhere to all safety guidelines.

- Ability to stand and walk much of an entire shift
- Ability to bend, twist, push, pull, squat repetitively during shift
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds consistently throughout shift

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Preferred qualifications – 1-2 years of experience in a pick, pack & ship physical warehouse environment

Our headquarters facility in Lebanon, IN is over 300,000 sq. ft. and home to over 15,000 SKUs of product. In October 2016, we opened a second facility in Atlanta, GA with over 200,000 sq. ft. to service dealers in the southeast region. Our third facility in Dallas, TX, opened in May 2017, is over 150,000 sq. ft. and services dealers in the southwest region. Our location in Reno, NV, with 260,000 sq. ft., opened in July of 2023 to serve western customers. In March of 2024, Aurora began operating out of their newest Distribution Center with the addition of a 300,000+ sq ft facility in York, PA, serving over 600 locations from coast to coast.
