Deine Aufgaben
- Operative Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung, inkl. Terminplanung sowie Organisation von Geschäfts- und Dienstreisen
- Verwaltung und Beschaffung von Büro- und Verbrauchsmaterialien sowie wissenschaftlicher Literatur
- Bearbeitung von Posteingang/-ausgang, Dokumentenablage und finale Dokumentengestaltung
- Unterstützung bei Eingangsrechnungen, Schriftverkehr, Dokumenten- und Präsentationserstellung
- Kommunikation mit Kunden, Kooperationspartnern und externen Dienstleistern, inkl. interner Koordination und Nachverfolgung
- Empfang und Betreuung von Gästen, zentrale Telefonannahme
- Planung, Organisation und Nachbereitung interner und externer Veranstaltungen (virtuell & in Präsenz)
- Unterstützung in Personaladministration und -angelegenheiten
- Pflege von Kunden- und Mitarbeiterdaten in unserer Unternehmenssoftware
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie Berufserfahrung im Office Management oder Sekretariat
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Organisationstalent mit Freude daran, Dinge effizient zu gestalten
- Selbstsicheres Auftreten, Teamgeist und eine positive, lösungsorientierte Einstellung
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Belastbarkeit und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
