Role Summary

  • Full-time permanent role
  • 38hrs per Week
  • S.C.H.A.D.S. Industry Award – Level 6 (salaried position)

This position is responsible for overseeing ongoing operations management of the organisation. Primary functions of this position include creating procedures, overseeing whole of organisation day to day functions and designing business strategies, collaborate with the CEO and executive to create analysis reports documenting important operational trends, maintain control of diverse business operations and information data management.

Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)

  • Design, implement, and oversee business operational strategies, plans, and procedures.
  • Set organisation-wide performance and growth goals.
  • Establish and maintain policies that promote company culture and vision.
  • Oversee daily operations, including Administration, Front of House, and Systems/ICT.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the CEO on key operational matters.
  • Translate strategy into actionable steps, including goal setting and performance management.
  • Analyse internal operations and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with national and local regulations and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Monitor operational performance and implement corrective measures using data and tracking tools.
  • Delegate responsibilities to develop staff capabilities and optimise team performance.
  • Assess and implement improved processes, technologies, and operational practices.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including government, non-government, and statutory agencies.
  • Participate in expansion activities such as investments, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure organisational assets, sites, and operations are maintained and effectively managed.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong leadership capability and demonstrated integrity.
  • Experience in operational management, business planning and organisational systems.
  • High-level analytical and reporting skills, including data interpretation.
  • Ability to identify risks, solve problems quickly and foresee future operational needs.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, WHS, and operational compliance.
  • Experience managing multiple teams and working both strategically and hands‑on.
