Day to day you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for operational People queries and provide clear, compliant guidance
- Own onboarding, contracts and documentation, ensuring accuracy and a smooth new joiner experience
- Lead HR systems, data integrity, SOC 2 compliance and People reporting across UK and international teams
You can expect:
