Key Responsibilities

  • Innovate and lead creative training strategies under the guidance of the Training Manager to support digital transformation in a complex program environment, ensuring readiness for the new system.
  • Collaborate with the Change Team to understand business requirements and assist in delivering change and training activities according to the overall Program schedule and approach
  • Support the evaluation and analysis of training from current state to future states to support the transition, ensuring users are fully equipped
  • Craft engaging and fit for purpose training materials
  • Foster strong and meaningful relationships across the Program and business to ensure training activities are well understood and effectively adopted.
  • Coordinate the training schedule to support change and business adoption activities
  • Support the delivery of training sessions, both virtually and in-person, aligning with the training schedule and program needs
  • Provide consistent reporting on training delivery, uptake, and success, validating outcomes with end users and their leaders

About You:

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team whilst contributing positively to the achievement of the Program objectives
  • Proven ability to contribute to the full training cycle; assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate
  • Knowledge of how to understand and evaluate learner needs with the objective of delivering high level training and knowledge documents
  • Experience developing fit-for-purpose training materials including guides, videos, and modules for diverse audiences
  • Experience developing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs and initiatives
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills across a diverse stakeholder group
  • High quality written communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to support the assessment and planning of training strategies
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to liaise, negotiate, and represent effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple work packages simultaneously whilst understanding dependencies and ensuring progress and quality
  • Understanding of Agile project delivery and change management frameworks, with experience in supporting training outcomes for large-scale programs
