Position:
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time staff)
Hours: 28 hours (4 days) per week
Contract: Fixed term until 31st March 2027 (with potential for extension)
Location: London office / Hybrid (2 days office-based)

The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Director, helping ensure the effective coordination of meetings, communications, projects and stakeholder engagement.

- Manage the Director’s diary, meetings and appointments.
- Prepare agendas, reports, presentations and briefing documents.
- Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the Director.
- Coordinate trustee meetings and support governance processes.
- Act as a first point of contact for trustees, partners and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information securely.
- Support organisational projects, campaigns and events.
- Assist with travel arrangements, logistics and scheduling.

About you:
We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience working as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally within the charity or public sector.
- Has excellent organisation, time management and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Maintains a high level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
- Can work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
- Has empathy and understanding of issues relating to domestic abuse and violence against women.
