Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Dayton, MD. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, assessing client needs, creating project proposals, coordinating with teams for seamless execution, and monitoring project progress to ensure timelines and budgets are met. The Account Manager will also address client concerns, identify opportunities for additional services, and support business growth by nurturing client partnerships.
Qualifications
- Client relationship management, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling with a detail-oriented approach
- Experience in landscaping design, maintenance, or construction is highly beneficial
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and basic computer applications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Landscaping, Horticulture, or related field is a plus
- Prior experience in account or project management preferred
