Designation: Area Manager

Location: Mumbai, Delhi, and Surat

CTC: As per company norms

Role Purpose

The Branch Head is responsible for managing the overall performance of the branch , including sales, business growth, team management, and smooth operations .

Key Responsibilities

  • Increase branch revenue by bringing new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Plan and monitor sales targets , budgets, and performance regularly.
  • Find new business opportunities and close important deals.
  • Manage key clients and understand market trends, pricing, and competition.
  • Oversee branch operations to ensure work runs smoothly.
  • Lead and manage the branch team , guide them, and ensure good performance.
  • Review reports (MIS), profitability, and control costs while following company policies.

Required Skills

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)
