Key Responsibilities
- Increase branch revenue by bringing new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Plan and monitor sales targets , budgets, and performance regularly.
- Find new business opportunities and close important deals.
- Manage key clients and understand market trends, pricing, and competition.
- Oversee branch operations to ensure work runs smoothly.
- Lead and manage the branch team , guide them, and ensure good performance.
- Review reports (MIS), profitability, and control costs while following company policies.
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Leadership and team management ability
- Good negotiation and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)
- 8 -15 years of experience
