Job Summary:
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team in Denver, CO. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing behavioral interventions, communicating with parents and caregivers, and providing a safe and supportive environment for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavioral interventions and strategies developed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress and behaviors
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be registered as a Behavior Technician by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
- Must have completed at least 40 hours of training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and have a minimum of 20 hours of hands-on experience under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain any necessary clearances
