Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will report to the team leader in the management of Asset enhancement & Tenancy services projects. He/ she will also assist in the procurement of consultants and contractors, manage the proper delivery of consultancy services by consultants, as well as coordination with project stakeholders from Design, Government Submission, Tender to Construction. From time to time, able to carry feasibility studies on a one-man-band basis.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture or Construction related disciplines.
  • Registered Architect or Authorized Person would be advantageous.
  • Min 12-15 years of local experience in handling sizeable new, A&A or interior fitting out projects with property developers or consultant firms.
  • At least 5 years of working in sizeable local developer would be advantageous.
  • Must have good knowledge on the codes and regulations applicable to development control in Hong Kong, especially those related to alteration /addition works, change of use of buildings
  • Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Must have uncompromising integrity, good communicate skills, flexible, work fast and able to work under high pressure
