工作职责：
1、负责领导充电模块研发团队，包括日常管理、工作分配、绩效评估和职业发展规划。
2、 参与充电桩序列产品研发计划的制定，统筹产品规划、实施及优化；
3、 负责新能源类产品规划以及布局、技术攻关、疑难问题解决；
4、负责项目全过程中的跟踪管理；
5、负责团队的日常管理工作。
工作技能：
1、统招本科或以上学历，电力电子、计算机技术与科学、软件工程等相关专业；
2、具备成功的电力电源类产品开发经验，分析问题、解决问题的能力；
3、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能主持8~10人团队工作。
