高级销售经理（充电桩）

岗位职责：
1、依照分配的充电站投建及充电设备销售目标，对所辖市场进行销售预测、指标分解，制定投建/销售计划，确保完成分配的投建/销售目标；
2、主动挖掘充电市场需求，负责所辖市场的投资建站及销售的市场开发和维护；
3、分析行业发展动态、竞争对手动向，完成市场分析报告；
4、对外进行投建项目的商务合作谈判、协议签订，协助公司协调与充电站落地相关的一切事宜；
5、配合公司做好产品推广宣传及设备销售工作，建立完善的产品销售渠道；
6、定期开展计划编写，针对项目完成进展进行跟踪、分析和总结；
7、完成上级领导交代的其他任务。
岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，具有2年以上新能源行业经验；
2、熟悉新能源行业特点、政策及市场发展趋势，对新能源市场能精准把握；具备敏锐的市场洞察力、营销推广能力、具有很好的人际资源和开发人际资源能力；；
3、具有良好的组织计划能力、执行能力、协调能力；
4、有充电站投建、充电桩销售、电力系统、车企等相关行业经验及市场资源或政府资源背景者优先。
