We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional to lead our team as a Guest Experiencie/Front Desk Lead!

As the leader of our Hosts team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence. This role combines hands-on guest interaction with team leadership and performance management. You will set the tone for service culture, embodying our lifestyle hospitality concept and ensuring consistency in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reception/Front Office operations, including scheduling, task delegation, and workflow coordination.
• Train, onboard, and continuously motivate team members to uphold premium service standards and brand values.
• Monitor guest feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement service enhancements.
• Ensure seamless guest journeys from arrival to departure, maintaining the highest service standards.
• Act as a senior brand ambassador, handling complex requests and escalated situations with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure operational alignment and an elevated guest experience.
• Support Club promotion initiatives and contribute to strengthening the community atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in hospitality leadership roles (hotel, serviced apartments, lifestyle hospitality, or similar).
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese. Proficiency in other languages is valued.
• Availability to work on-site.
