IHRE AUFGABEN:
- Vertrieb ausgesuchter Spezialchemie-Produkte im In- und Ausland
- Pflege bestehender Key Accounts sowie aktive Neukundenakquise
- Erstellung von Angeboten, strategische Preisverhandlungen und Vertragsgestaltung
- Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifizierung von strategischen Wachstumspotentialen
- Aufbau und Pflege neuer Geschäftsbeziehungen auf Entscheider-Ebene
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verkaufs- und Markteintrittsstrategien
- Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf internationalen Fachmessen und Branchenevents
WIR ERWARTEN:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Chemieingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – ein chemischer Schwerpunkt ist wünschenswert
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im Bereich großvolumiger chemischer Produkte
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeit auf internationaler Ebene
- Kundenorientierung mit der Fähigkeit, maßgeschneiderte Lösungen anzubieten
- Strategisches Denk- und Analysevermögen zur Ableitung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien
- Kreativität zur Entwicklung neuer Ideen und Wettbewerbsvorteile
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Motivation sowie zielorientiertes Arbeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Internationale Reisebereitschaft
