Junior to Mid-Level Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Analyst with 1–2 years of hands-on experience who can confidently work between business needs and technical execution.

In this role, you won’t just be documenting requirements — you’ll be actively involved in understanding problems, asking the right questions, and helping the team build solutions that actually make sense.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders, developers, and designers to ensure requirements are clear, complete, and implemented correctly. This role requires someone who can take ownership, communicate clearly, and think beyond just “what is asked” to “what actually works.”

• Gather and refine business and product requirements
• Translate requirements into clear user stories or functional specs
• Work closely with developers to ensure proper implementation
• Identify gaps, edge cases, and improvements early
• Support QA/testing to validate features
• Communicate with stakeholders and keep everyone aligned

• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Experience working with development teams
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or similar
• Understanding of web or software development lifecycle

• Experience with Agile/Scrum
• Basic SQL or data understanding
• Experience in SaaS or web-based products
