Ihre Aufgaben
- Ansprechpartner für die Buchhaltung im Allgemeinen
- Monats-, Quartals- & Jahresabschluss mit Vorbereitung der Unterlagen für die Prüfung durch den Wirtschaftsprüfer
- Erstellen unterschiedlicher Auswertungen / Reports
- Führung und Abstimmung der Haupt- und Nebenbuchkonten, Bearbeitung laufender Buchungsvorgänge
- Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
- Führung der Anlagenbuchhaltung
- Klärung von umsatzsteuerlichen und sonstigen steuerlichen Sachverhalten, Erstellen von UVAs und Jahreserklärung UST
- Mitarbeit bei der permanenten Prozessoptimierung (bspw. Automatisierung und Digitalisierung, aktive Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Finanzprozesse und der Buchhaltungssysteme)
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung als geprüfter Bilanzbuchhalter
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
- Umfassende buchhalterische, bilanzierungstechnische und steuerliche Kenntnisse
- Kenntnisse von Internationalen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften (IAS/IFRS)
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie gute Kenntnisse in CSS oder vergleichbarer Software
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie sind strukturiert, gut organisiert und Sie verfolgen eine termingetreue Arbeitsweise
