- Launching successful new brand:
- Be responsible for connecting all parties (Zone, S&OP, IDC, Commercial...,) for launching update status/ key milestone and follow up execution.
- Work with Commercial on forecast launching and fulfillment stock to market.
- Be in charge of UAT for forecast submission and physical shipment.
- Manage supply, fulfillment and inventory for launching.
- Manage Online & Offline forecasting:
- Prepare and participate in the global monthly sales forecast process and the building of turnover through the piloting of the sales forecast process.
- Analyze DP cockpit – RCA from Global standards.
- Review, analyze, transmit launches sizing to S&OP.
- Update data supply notes from S&OP (AU/EU sources).
- Ensure the commitment of each stakeholder during preparation phase, consensus meeting, pre-validation phase, and validation meeting.
- Drive the stakeholders to analyze figures by business drivers and the action plan if necessary.
- Ensure consistency and consensus on sales forecasts:
- Be responsible for the quality and consistency of the data used for the sales forecasts building for which he/she is Data Owner.
- Ensure the alignment of scenarios and risks and opportunities to be presented at validation meeting in-order-to facilitate decision making.
- Contribute to budget and trend construction.
- Build and challenge forecast:
- Be responsible for baseline modeling (O+O modelling).
- Challenge and consolidate the promotions, launches and POS material sales forecasts built by the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Consolidate forecast (baseline, launch and promotion, off-line and on-line forecast)
- Manage forecast PBI/FM tools.
- Analyze forecast performance:
- Be responsible for the sales forecast performance: monitoring the KPI (Forecast Accuracy in SI – Bias) including tracking sale vs forecast (M-3/M-1), analyzing the root cause, building and implementing a performance improvement action plan.
- Contribute to Promotion and launch performance analysis in collaboration with Sales and Marketing. (Promotion library built by BP, Launch is consolidated by DP – provided by MKT)
- Manage catalogue and challenge rationalization:
- Be responsible for the catalogue analysis and the catalogue rationalization process.
- Follow up and challenge new launches catalogue and propose discontinuations.
- Contribute to the management of the PBI Catalogue tool.
- Manage supply plan and inventory:
- Review and submit supply plans after factoring forecast monthly.
- Communicate with S&OP, IDC for short-term and long-term supply plan with action.
- Follow up shipment, ensure stock to be available on time.
- Manage fulfillment to retail customer monthly.
- Manage inventory on hand, reservation for each channel.
- Manage SLOB and follow up action plan.
Job Requirements
- Min 5 years in planning of FMCG
- Working Experience in International Environment
- Advanced Excels, SQL, PBI
