- To assist the Architectural Associate/ Architect in his/her duties
- Preparing planning applications and other regulatory application procedures;
- Preparing design proposals using computer-aided design (CAD) and traditional drawing methods;
- Assisting in the detailed design process and co-ordinating design information;
- Preparing/updating tender documentation and construction drawings;
- Liaising with appropriate authorities (e.g. Planning enquiries and technical officers) to obtain statutory approval;
- Attending site visits and recording minutes/discussions
- Assisting project architect in coordinating site issues
- Producing and analysing detailed specifications for suitable materials or processes to be used in construction;
- Relevant Degree in Architecture
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Vray renderer, 3D max, Adobe Photoshop and Sketch-up
- Must have Knowledge with 3D Autocad, Revit & BIM
- Relish working in a challenging and fast-paced environment
- Possess a flair for creativity and a keen eye for detail
- A proactive and conscientious team player
- Advantageous to have design experience in commercial, mixed-use and residential projects
