About the role

We are currently seeking a Digital Services Development Associate within our Digital Product Development Department. As a Digital Services Development Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful development and timely release of the digital products and services. In this role, you will help drive the coordination and execution of key digital initiatives, translate business needs into meaningful solutions and tackle challenges that elevate the online passenger experience while advancing our digital vision. What you will do:

  • Coordinate product roadmap initiatives, managing development cycles and ensuring timely delivery of digital products and services
  • Improve existing digital products and services to enhance quality and user experience
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather and document business requirements
  • Support release processes by validating deliverables in test environments and participating in UAT
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across teams and vendors to maintain product quality
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with timelines, plans, and quality standards
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and report updates while tracking performance metrics
  • Contribute to digital product strategy and identify opportunities for new features and innovations to improve customer experience


You fit, if you cover the following requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or in a related field
  • 2 -3 years’ working experience in a related role
  • Fluency in oral and written Greek and English
  • Experience in project management
  • Understanding of the technical, business and marketing aspects of e-Retail services.


And you have competence in:

  • Prioritizing and meeting deadlines
  • Problem solving and managing projects in an efficient manner
  • Having a results-orientation perspective
  • Delivering presentations effectively
  • Working collaboratively
  • Showing creativity and innovation
