Upseller / Account manger

Compensation:

• Base Pay: 80,000 – 100,000 PKR
• 5% Commission per closing (Average deal size: ~$4,000)

We are looking for an Account Manager who will manage our existing clients and help grow their accounts over time. Your main responsibility will be to stay involved in the client journey, understand their needs, and identify opportunities where we can offer additional services that genuinely help them grow.

You will work closely with our delivery team and stay aware of what each client is receiving. Based on that, you will suggest relevant upsells such as organic content, ad creatives, launch videos, web redesign (UI/UX), or monthly retainers.

Your job is not just to support clients — it is to build strong relationships, increase client lifetime value, and make sure every client is fully aware of how we can help them further.

• Identify upsell opportunities across:
• 
  
• Organic content
• Ads
• Motion design
• Website redesign
• Monthly retainers
• Pitch additional services in a natural and professional way
• Track all upsells inside our Upselling CRM

• Be the main point of contact for clients
• Build strong, long-term relationships
• Make sure clients feel heard and supported

• Follow up on pending payments
• Track account value and growth over time
• Maintain a clear record of what each client has purchased

• Lead client calls and check-ins
• Bring in the Creative Director when strategy is needed
• Clearly communicate updates, progress, and next steps

• Clients are always updated and never confused
• You bring in at least 1–2 new upsells per month
• You generate 10%–15% direct revenue share from our $1K–$5K high-ticket offers
• Projects under you never go silent or get delayed without a reason
• The database is clean — every client has notes, Looms, and progress logged (especially on upsells)
