As part of our expansion plans, we're seeking a passionate Customer Service Officer to join our growing team!

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our sales team by:

Backend Support: Providing exceptional backend support
Customer Relationship Management: Handling customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and electronic communications
Order Processing: Processing customer orders efficiently
Order Notification: Expediting orders and keeping customers updated on shipments
Order Management: Managing open orders and ensuring they meet customer requirements
Customer Assistance: Advising customers on upcoming schedules, shipments, and discrepancies
Follow-up: Following up on critical orders to guarantee on-time delivery
Samples: Handling sample requests
Logistics: coordinating with customer and logistic department for shipping
Administration: Maintaining general filing systems
Feedback: Contributing to scorecard management (as required)
Experience: Has 1-4 years of experience in customer service
(Entry-Level candidates are welcome!)
Industry Experience: Ideally has experience in the electronics industry. Others industry with positive attitude are welcome.
Skills: Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to communicate effectively in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese suppliers
Proficiencies: Is proficient in using PCs and Microsoft Office applications
Growth Mindset: Is eager to learn and grow with the support of a team and dedicated supervisor
Ambition: Is passionate about career advancement
