- 主导新产品导入,通过项目管理手法的有效运用确保新产品制造进度，满足新产品的开发进度需求; 2.负责新产品的DFX评估及对项目的结构，工艺品质问题的发掘、评估和改善跟进; 3.负责新产品试产过程主导，并主导召开产前准备会和试产总结会; 4.参与工艺流程、DFMEA、PMFEA、项目设备清单的制定，辅助工装、夹具的需求评估及申请; 5.试产过程中的异常分析，并对结构性的异常做FA的分析确认; 6.试产过程中的设备、治具、量具等的符合性，组织制定符合设计要求的管控机制; 7.试产过程中所有需要的文件资料、检验标准、客户要求、追溯及包装要求。
1、大专或以上学历，具备安防产品及3C电子行业相关知识; 2、具有丰富NPI或新产品导入相关经验，有DFMFEMA分析能力; 3、熟悉电子产品生产工艺流程及现场问题处理; 4、具备良好的项目管理能力，具有较强的逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力; 5、具备良好的团队协作精神:工作认真负责，抗压能力强; 6、能适应快节奏的工作环境:具备较强的学习能力和创新意识。
