
Job Descriptions:
- Perform other related duties as required (melakukan tugas yang terkait sesuai dengan kebutuhan)
- Perform office cleaning in daily (membersihkan area kantor setiap hari)
- Arranges for Fruit Day in weekly (Menyediakan buah di setiap hari buah tiap minggunya)
- Updates Pest Control checks in weekly (memperbaharui pengecekan hama setiap minggunya)
- Assists all departments if required (membantu semua departemen sesuai kebutuhan)
- Coordinates with General Admin Team on related matters. (bekerjasama dengan General Admin team untuk hal-hal yang berkaitan)
- Maintains an excellent relationship with all staff in Head Office (menjaga hubungan yang baik dengan semua staff di kantor pusat)
- Sending documents or packages if required (mengirim dokumen atau paket barang jika diperlukan)
- Arranges and check pantry supplies (Menyiapkan dan mengecek barang-barang kebutuhan pantry)
- Doing deep cleaning for floor and window every once a week or month (melakukan pembersihan lebih menyeluruh untuk lantai dan kaca jendela setiap seminggu sekali atau sebulan sekali)
- Check the cleanliness office are regularly (mengecek kebersihan kantor secara teratur)
