Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Leeds for a Chef Manager. The Chef Manager will oversee food preparation, cooking, and ensuring food quality standards are met. Responsibilities include managing culinary operations, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining safety and hygiene compliance, and delivering top-quality food and beverage services. Leadership and organizational management will be key to maintaining the smooth running of daily operations while achieving high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Food Quality standards management.
- Experience in Culinary Management and overseeing Food and Beverage services.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene protocols within a catering environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Relevant catering or culinary qualifications are highly desirable.
- Experience in school or institutional catering is a plus but not required.
