What We’re Searching For
RallyX is seeking a diligent individual to join our team in a Project Accountant role, primarily assisting the accounting department. This position plays a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth financial operations of our various business sectors. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who is organized, adaptable, and shares our commitment to excellence and values.
What You’ll Do
- Providing general administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting with processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies under the guidance of the accounting team.
- Assisting with month-end closing activities, such as preparing journal entries and supporting documentation.
- Coordinating with other departments to gather necessary financial information and documentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or accounting is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in a clerical or administrative support role, preferably in an accounting or finance department.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work onsite in our offices is a requirement for this role.
