We’re looking for experienced Paid Ads Account Managers to join our team, specifically we're looking for experts to fill separate vacancies for Meta Account Managers and Google Ads Account Managers.

What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of ~12 client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and consistent performance.
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Meta, Google and Social Ad campaigns tailored to client objectives.
- Conduct weekly check-ins, share campaign updates, and lead strategic calls with clients.
- Generate clear monthly performance reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal specialists across creative, email, and web to improve results.
- Manage DTC brand campaigns with a focus on ROAS and scaling.
- Confidently navigate ad-related platforms like, Shopify, Gohighlevel, Omnisend, and understand basic tracking/reporting integrations (e.g., Meta Pixel, GA4, UTM tracking).
What We’re Looking For
- Proven hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns.
- Ability to manage ~12 client accounts while maintaining strong performance and relationships.
- Excellent communication skills – you build trust and clarity with clients.
- Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of reporting and optimization.
- Highly organized with strong time-management and prioritization skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to improve systems and performance outcomes.
