Position:
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and adaptable individuals to join our Bank Team as Floating Support Caseworkers. This role provides flexible, as-and-when-required support to our services, ensuring continuity of care and assistance for clients when cover is needed.
As a Bank Floating Support Caseworker, you will work across different projects to deliver high-quality support to individuals experiencing Harmful practises. You will step in to cover shifts, assist with duty, annual leave, sickness, and periods of increased demand.
Location: Harlesden office
Contract Type: Bank (as and when required)
Hours: Flexible ; part-time hours available, dependent on service need

Pay Rate:
- £14.50 per hour – Floating Support Caseworker
- £15.50 per hour – IDVA qualified Floating Support Caseworker
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred, trauma-informed support to clients, helping them to build independence and resilience.
- Carry out needs assessments, support planning, and risk management in line with organisational policies.
- Offer emotional support, practical advice, and advocacy to enable clients to access housing, benefits, health, and community services.
- Maintain accurate case records and contribute to monitoring and reporting requirements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to ensure coordinated support.
- Uphold safeguarding responsibilities, promoting the safety and wellbeing of all clients.
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Flexible and able to work across different teams.
- Experienced in providing direct support to vulnerable individuals.
- Skilled in building trust, managing risks, and empowering clients to achieve goals.
- Organised, resilient, and able to manage professional boundaries.
