Executive (Card & Digital)
Position: Executive (Card & Digital)
Department: Fintech, Digital & Cards
Job Location: Yangon

Duties & Responsibilities
- Daily, weekly and monthly outstanding Settlement reconcile, checking suspicious account at card zone.
- Checking & solving dispute cases with ATM Team and monitoring the incoming disputes transactions in MPU Dispute Portal.
- Checking and balancing the clean cash, Bank cash and Trial cash at ATM reports.
- Handling all the disputes and chargebacks transactions within the pre-set timeframe.
- Solving all card requests like card expiration, address modification, pin number, and card loss.
- Responsible to do testing for all card/POS related system for all enhancements and new systems.
- Managing multiple Card Network related settlements and transaction details in a daily manner.
- Preparing the voucher and advice for MPU settlement.
- Collecting and recording general and subsidiary ledger books.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports for both card issuing and acquiring.
- Weekly report to CBM settlement transaction, solve customer complain, and daily report to manager.
- Must be a bachelor’s degree holder.
- At least 2 years working experience in a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
