What You'll Do:
- Assist lead electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing residential electrical systems
- Help troubleshoot electrical issues and support efficient, code-compliant solutions
- Prepare tools, materials, and job sites for daily service calls
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support excellent customer service by being professional and respectful in customers' homes
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Continuously learn and develop electrical skills through hands-on training
What We're Looking For:
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
- 1-2 years of experience as an electrician helper/apprentice hands on experience is required
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems or strong interest in learning the trade
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and take direction from lead technicians
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to grow within the company
- Ability to lift, carry, and work in various physical environments
