Job Description
Avyaan Management Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth in AI/ML and Data Annotation services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring clients, and managing end-to-end sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in AI/ML, Data Annotation, and IT services
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and cost estimations
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Conduct client meetings, calls, and demos
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- 3–7 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Experience in IT, AI/ML, BPO, or Data Annotation domain preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience handling international clients is a plus
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
