As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners such as mutual fund distributors, share brokers, wealth managers, and loan aggregators. You will help drive business growth by engaging with partners and supporting them in offering LAS (Loan Against Securities) to their clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner Onboarding & Relationship Building
- Identify and connect with potential channel partners
- Understand their business needs and explain Abhiloans’ LAS product offerings
- Help them register and get started with our platform
- Partner Engagement & Business Support
- Assist partners in generating quality leads
- Ensure smooth communication between partners and internal teams
- Conduct product training sessions and support new partners in understanding LAS
- Growth Initiatives
- Participate in co-branded events, contests, and promotions with partners
- Help organize and manage partner engagement campaigns
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in finance, sales, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest in financial markets, mutual funds, or loan products
- Enthusiastic, self-driven, and eager to learn and grow in the BFSI sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA (Finance) – Preferred
- NISM Certification – Preferred
- Hands-on experience in partner management and B2B2C financial product distribution
