Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand growth.
- Manage end-to-end social media activitiescuration, scheduling, and optimization of content to boost engagement and brand authority.
- Lead SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies to improve organic ranking.
- Drive qualified traffic using organic and paid channels, leveraging growth hacks and audience insights.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages to enhance ROI and user experience.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Tag Manager, etc.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to deliver high-performing campaigns.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Graduate in any relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of online marketing channels and strategies.
- Basic content creation skills (e. g., Canva, copywriting).
