Duties Will Include
- Maximising rooms revenue using agreed yield management procedures
- Up to date local knowledge and trends
- .Ensure all reservations are inputted correctly
- Communication of guest requests and needs to the relevant departments .
- Production daily , weekly and monthly reports as required
- Day to day Management and leadership of the reservations team
- Proven track record in Reservations Management position a busy hotel environment
- Knowledge of local market
- Experience with OPERA Cloud or similar.
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Be legally eligible to work in Ireland Full Time
